Does need a new tube on the back tire, besides that, it has a new front tube & tire on the front. Brakes good & gives a smooth ride once it up & running. The Bell gell seat is comfy and one can put a few things on the back rack while riding. It has light metal pedals instead of those cheap plastic ones it once had.
