It has a cracked plastic panel on top, yet it does not affect its performance (my daughter broke it when she was a baby) and the 2 onboard USB ports and network card on the back do not work. I installed a metal barrier in front of the power button so it doesn't get turned on or turned off by accident (had that happen too many times). Besides that, it works well and is great for students or anyone else needing a complete bundle.
